Following their participation in 2014’s inaugural SX Cup, the PSPL Academy from Seattle will be bringing a full slate of teams back to BC for Labour Day Weekend. Based in Washington State, the PSPL Academy competes in National Showcase tournaments with a focus on showcasing their players to college coaches.
“E11even Management put on the best event that our teams participated in last year! The SX Cup was well organized and well run, the facilities were first class and the competition was very good. Our teams competed very well, putting 2 teams in the final, with our 2000 girls winning the whole thing! Overall, it was a really good experience for our players. The level of soccer is very good and very different from what our players are used too. We loved it and we plan on bringing upwards of 10 teams back to participate in 2015!” said Eddie Henderson, PSPL’s Technical Director.
